Doing Work in PC
I love my job. The other night I got to drive in a wild snowstorm and it was awesome. Strangely enough a bus handles really well in the snow, but it does not stop very well. That being said it created a number of interesting situations with people trying to get on the bus. It's like they can't even imagine that a bus could slide out of control, but I proved them wrong!
Other than driving I have been able to get up to the mountain a few days and it was worth it. I only have pictures of the aftermath, but you can imagine what it took to get like this.

Words on a Bus
For anyone who doesn't know, this week Park City Utah is host to the Sundance Film Festival. People from all over the world have come in to see the films and celebrate all that is cinema. As a bus driver I have been able to overhear some great conversations.
The blonde women.
Blonde woman one: Zat girl at ze bar last night had vay to much vodka.
Blonde woman two: How do you know?
Blonde woman one: Darling, I am Russian, ve know zeez things.
Couple arguing about the animated shorts series.
Boy: Like half of those movies were focused on male nudity.
Girl: Honey, it was artistic.
Boy: Dicks are never artistic.
Girl: Fair enough.
Two strangers talking.
Boy: It is my first time here at Sundance and I'm having a pretty good time. What about you?
Girl: It's my third year but it seems like it just keeps getting better.
Boy: Well maybe you could show me the ropes? My name is James.
Girl: My name is Taylor! Together, our names are famous!
That is just the tip of the iceberg. I only wish that I had a better memory to remember all of the good ones.

What's New
Long time no blog. My bad. So what has been keeping me from post as often as I used to? Me getting my life in order. In that past two weeks I have been getting all trained up to start driving buses up in Park City Utah. That's right. I caved and got a job. Once all the hubbub about the end of the Mayan calendar slash the end of the world came to a head and turned out to be a big ole nothing I decided it was in my best interest to get a little pocket money to sustain my snowboarding habit. Good news is with this job I get to ride at PCMR (Park City Mountain Resort) on the cheap so I might actually treat myself to some new gear this year! Other than that I have been spending time with friends and being the best uncle I can be to two little puppies, Suzy Lee and Walter. So that's it, nothing exciting. Just a dude moving through life at a leisurely pace and enjoying the ride along the way.
